Reservation Rules

• 2-hour minimum reservation
• Reserve for 3hrs and get 4th hour free!
• 50% deposit required to reserve
• Holiday & special event deposits are non-refundable within 7 calendar days of event
• Shared port-a-john access included
• Alcohol permitted for responsible adult use
• Events must conclude by 10pm
• Firewood available for purchase if arranged in advance

Enjoy a relaxed evening on the New River with sunset views and a peaceful natural atmosphere. Reservations are intentionally limited and spaced throughout the property to preserve privacy and quiet enjoyment. Guests bring their own food/drinks. 

You may order food to be delivered to Heron House (the brick building in the parking lot) and you are welcome to walk the grounds as long as you are respectful of those around you.

Fairlawn Riverfront offers several scenic outdoor settings with river views, mature trees, open grassy areas, and natural backdrops ideal for photography sessions throughout the year. (1-hour minimum)

We do our best to schedule times where you don't have to worry about getting "photo bombed", but photo sessions reservations do not offer exclusive reservation of entire venue.

Yes!  While this is an outdoor venue with grassy, uneven, and sloping ground, our event spaces are accessible for people with disabilities. We do ask that you communicate with us in advance so we can provide the best accommodation possible for your guest's special needs. 

• We always have a handicap accessible restroom
• We grant special permission for those with limited mobility to be driven down to the river and dropped off. (Car must return to designated parking area promptly.)
• We use assigned parking and we do have designated parking spaces for handicap vehicles that need extra unloading space.
• We do allow trained service dogs with prior approval. They must be on leash / in harness at all times. Waste must be collected in sealed bag and placed in trash.
